The width somehow feels narrow on these, even though I’ve bought this exact size a few years ago lol. Maybe I just need to break them in. Anyways, excellent purchase. Classic, cute, and great for work.

If you wear a size 8.5 shoe – my advice is NOT to size up to the 9. I tried that and received a pair that escaped from the circus… I swear they were actually a size 10 (!!!!) and no disrespect to the profession, I felt like I was wearing clown shoes. I’ve had Doc Marten boots before that ran a little big, but nothing like this. Customer service was awesome about helping me sort this out – consequently, I decided to give the size 8 a try. PERFECTION!
These are a great work-on-your-feet-all-day kind of shoe. You will receive compliments from strangers. Your feet will be happy.

They fit perfectly! I love these shoes! I usually take a 7.5 wide shoe but looking at the reviews went with a size 7. These shoes have a large enough toe box so wide was not necessary. I love these shoes!

I wear a size 6 in Dr. Martens, but a size 7 in most other shoes and boots. But I also like thick tights and socks. These shoes are super comfy and they are true to size for my experience with Dr. Martens footwear. Highly recommend.

The craftsmanship feels and looks solid. If you aren’t used to a heavy shoe, this might not be for you. I almost kept them but there’s an odd tightness at the heel approaching the back of the ankle – it doesn’t feel like it will improve with wear so I’m sadly sending them back.

Fit true to size. I wear and 8 and kept the 8. Couldn’t get my foot into the 7. Crazy comfy since its the “work” line. Will love working in comfort & style for years to come!

I work in an industrial environment, with slippery oils and non-slip soles are a must. Such kinds of soles have saved me from several falls. I’ve worn all sorts of non-slip types shoes over the years. I dig a Mary Jane style, as it still feels feminine, goes with business / professional looks, while still being rugged enough, when I’m out on the production floor. After a year of owning my Polley’s, the non-slip treads of the sole started to break off. The shoes were past the 1-year warranty, so much couldn’t be done. The soles continued to get worse. The picture is after 2-years of weekly wear. I can tell how the non-slip properties have eroded away a bunch. Kind of a bummer. I don’t know if it’s the chemicals I work with that caused this, but if you truly need non-slip soles you may want to try something else.

Love these shoes!! I am normally an 8.5 to 9 but ordered an 8 per other reviews and it fits perfect. Also as an added bonus they are slip on/off due to some stretchy situation with the buckle!

Since these only come in whole sizes I ordered a half size down as others recommended the fit is great. Very comfortable right out of the box.

It’s been years since I’ve owned a pair of Docs, but I spend 10 hours a day on my feet and I have ridiculous issues with my feet. I took a chance on these (I only ever had boots before) and I’m glad I did. The leather is softer than I remember my boots being out of the box, the toe box is wide enough that my neuroma isn’t bothered, and the extra cushion in the heel is fabulous.

The fit was as expected. The feel -also expected- is heavy. They are heavy shoes. I love them for that but if you’re not expecting it they may be a little shocking at first . I made the decision several years ago to not wear cheap crappy shoes and anyone that has foot pain should consider this brand-they are worth every penny.

Great addition to my doc collection. I was hesitant on the purchase but needed a non slip shoe and thought what the heck. I love my traditional docs so was excited to try a loafer style. And these did not disappoint. I’m so excited the loafer look is in. They are on trend and comfy!! Run true to size I wear a 7.5/38 and ordered a 7 all my docs are 7 and those are the same. I have not worn them all day yet so will update if there is anything to report.

Absolutely love these shoes and I find them to be super comfortable. They will be cute with so many different outfits, very versatile. I did find them to run one full size large. I am normally a size 7 and a size 6 fits perfectly in these.
