Cute! Look a little big large on my feet as Docs tend to do but I just tighten the buckle a notch and try my hardest to break them in. No true arch support except that the heel makes you arch a bit.

These shoes look HUGE on your foot. They are heavy, hard as a rock (therefore very hard to get your foot into), and super uncomfortable. The buckle was almost impossible to open and close.

These felt a half size larger. The shoes are huge and clunky all around. I don’t know if they would soften up a bit, but as they arrived they are really homely. shoes. The buckle was impossible to unfasten the leather was so hard.

Typical Doc Martens. Yes, big looking and kind of clunky like all their shoes/boots. Fit exactly like other Doc Martens, true to size. They definitely need to be broken in unless you get the vegan styles that are a bit ‘softer’.

I usually wear 8.5 but the 8 fit just fine. The only reason I am returning them is that the leather hits my ankle bone so that I have to always wear ankle socks with them, which I prefer not to. The style is perfect though.

Normally I’m a rock solid size 10 in Docs but for these I had to size up to an 11, the 10s were surprisingly tight. The 11s are a little big but it’s fine if I tighten up the buckle. Otherwise, I love the chunky style. They are rubbing on my ankle (Doc mary janes seem to do this, I haven’t had that problem with other styles, like the Adrian tassel loafer) so I’ll go through some moleskin while they break in.

A classic! The leather is beautiful but stiff, as expected. I will wear them around the house to break them in but they are comfortable already. Beautiful craftsmanship as always!

The leather is stiff and the back of heel is very hard – making them super hard to get on because there is no flexibility. Super cute though – bummer – returning.

Just got these today! I’m an 8.5 but buy 9s for Dr. Martens. They seemed big when I took them out of the box. But I think they fit perfectly and they are just chunky looking bc that’s the style. Wore them in the house and they were comfortable. They are so cute! 10/10 would recommend 🙂

They were very stiff and hurt my feet.

Very stiff right out of the box, OK for style, too rigid. I know Docs have a break in time…but this was a bit too big and overall a miss for me. I usually wear a sz 9 in boots, perhaps 9.5 if toe box is on the more narrow side (which Docs…aren’t, at least this pair anyways.) I have a more wide foot and shorter toes (blame my French Canadian ancestors) If I’m wearing dress shoes, and sneakers my true size is usually a 9.0
