The big kids’ Docs fit my narrow heels much better than the equivalent women’s size.

I do not recommend these shoes. The velcro straps come apart instantly when my daughter takes a step forward so she can’t wear them at all. The leather looked worn and dull within a week of wear. It’s unfortunate that the quality is no longer there with this company.
