These are super cute but I used Zappos’s stellar return system to exchange them for a pair of SOREL booties. They are HEAVY y’all. I wanted to love them, definitely someone with a wider flatter foot could rock these but my high arched narrow feet do best in a wedge bootie or sneaker. I am normally a 9.5 and sized up to a 10. They were a true 10 I would say, an insert might have improved them a bit for me but they were already so heavy I just couldn’t imagine wearing these clunky bad boys around. Got a foot cramp after trying them on for two minutes & knew we were not meant to be.

These boots are mega cute. I was concerned they might be a little over the top with the buckles etc, but they are lovely. A few reviewers noted that these boots fit a little small, which is confusing because my women’s size 7 in this boot was loose enough to jiggle when I shake the boot with my foot in the air. It fits me as if it were a women’s size 8 (a full size too big for me). For reference, I recently ordered Docs Bex Chelsea boot in a womens size 7 and they were perfect. I am going to exhange these flower boots for a women’s size 6 and I think I may be able to work around Doc Martens’ inconsistent sizing issue.
Also, there were some folks who found these boots to be wayyy too heavy. I find the weight and platform height to be stylish and comfy, not too heavy at all.
They do feel fairly flat (often the case with Docs)– may do well with inserts for those who need extra support.

Cute shoes, but not comfortable. They feel narrow and theback is very stiff and rubs quite hard. I love the padding around the shoe, except the sole is hard as a rock. The shoes are VERY heavy and I feel like I’m carrying weights, but that’s to be expected with the platform sole. Love the look of these shoes, just wish they were more comfy!

Love the look! Too small for my short, wide, high instep feet. I am usually a size 6 1/2- 7 1/2 shoe, and the 7 had no extra space & did not touch my arch. They are quite heavy, also. The buckles were hard for me to facilitate, also. A side zipper would have been nice. All of the outer boot is a really nice , softer pebble leather, except over the toe area. Nice! Sad to pass them on with a quick return. Thanks Zappos!

Omg omg omg. These might me among my fave boots EVER. First, they’re super comfy and true to size, right out of the box. Second, they’re cute as buttons! They’re slightly darker than pictures on my monitor, a rich, rich dark brown (I got the Grizzlies). The antiquing on the flower buckles is a beautiful touch.

Purchased these for my daughter as she’s been wanting these for months. She’s in love with them. I’ve not heard her complain once about her feet & she’s worn them several times. Her normal size is 10-11 & she’s glad that she went with the 11.

These are terrific boots! I have the black and have no idea why this color would be on sale. Yes, they are a heavy boot because of the thick sole. Also, they’re Doc Martins, so they run large and are stiff at first. I intend to add a support sole, and I certainly have room to do so. I am a size 8.5 US, 39 EU, and the 6 UK fit best. If you’ve had a pair before, you know what to expect. They are so cute with the short, cutsie upper with flower buckles, contrasted to the thick lug sole and good year stitching.

I bought these for my niece she loves Dr Martens. Overall these are beautiful well made boots. They are cute and very stylish. The only thing is they are very heavy. I know Dr. Martens generally are but these seem to be more than usual. She loves them and wears them to her part time job with her cute outfits!

These are ADORABLE! Fit and size were typical Doc Martens. I added insertable arch supports–I’m older, and hey, they just make things better overall. Some people have commented on the weight, and they are heavy, but I’m a taller person, so that didn’t bother me, even with a size 11. The flower buckles are so cute!! However, I do worry that the top strap that is used for putting on and taking off the shoe is a bit flimsy and you really have to pull it to get a good fit around the ankle. I may see if the cobbler can adjust it to be for looks only and have velcro added underneath. Much easier and sturdy in the long run.

impossible to buckle. Pulling the tab did not move the leather and so even bending over with two hands, I could not secure the shoe….bummer. loved the look.

I loved the buckles, which was why I ultimately chose this shoe. Unfortunately, they were extremely difficult to buckle. I ended up returning the shoes because they were heavy and the buckles were so hard to close.

The fit on this “boot” was just perfect. I consistently wear a womens size 9. I wanted to love and keep them so badly, but I had an awful time using the buckles on the boots. It was like a science fair project. Had to return them.

They were too heavy for me felt clunky but I am 72 so a younger person may be ok with that. Also with the reinforced toes it felt a half size to small and I did try a size larger at the store and it was way to big.

Good looking, love the style but very, very heavy. Problem is, you need to unbuckle them to put them on and once on, very difficult to buckle. I’m not a youngster so maby someone more flexible and patient wouldn’t have a problem – hard to tell.

This style of Docs are absolutely adorable. I wanted them bcos of flower buckle detail & platform. This is the first time Docs haven’t ran BIG. I’m a U.S. 8, but ordered U.S. 7. My foot can fit but it feels narrow. I cannot wear thick socks. I put these on straight out the box on my left foot & knew to return them ASAP. I’m ordering my true size. Btw, they’re not heavy at all. Others might not be used to platforms. This is a sturdy leather as well. I undid the buckle without it on my foot to test the struggle factor. It’s hard only works on the first hole.
