Nice shoe, very confortable the first day which is not the case in general with Dr. Martens with fully leather shoes. Just a bad point, the pool loop on the back does not help to fit in but pants keep stuck on it.

I’ve had many pairs of Dr Martens. These are my favorite so far. The padding around the ankle makes them fit better than most docs and also makes them more comfortable. Nothing I would change about these – I’d order again. Also, I’m wearing these for riding motorcycles. They are breathable (great summertime boot) and comfortable off the bike. The sole is great for riding but beware – doc soles don’t do so well with extreme heat so they might melt on your pipes. My suggestion – buy these and work on your foot position.

These boots are really VERY comfortable – no break in time needed, just lace up and go! I have several pairs of Doc Martens, and this pair was the easiest to wear right out of the box.

I’ve owned these shoes for less than a year. Got them for work in a grocery store thinking Docs would hold up well. They looked great, still do. I purchased them May of 2016. A few months ago a crack all the way through the sole of the shoe formed and not too long ago the same happened in the other shoe. They hurt my feet when wearing them and aren’t suitable for much of anything anymore

I already own a pair of Dr Martin’s in size 10 that fit great. These are tiny! I could not even get my foot into them. The top of my foot would not fit past the base of the tongue.

They were comfortable right off the bat, which isn’t always the case non-leather boots. I am on cement all day and it started bothering my back. These boos have greatly reduced those nagging pains. I also get a lot of compliments on them.

Unfortunately, like another reviewer, I’ve had these less than a year and both soles have cracked. I really liked these when I got them. They were comfortable enough, right out of the box and the uppers have held up pretty well. I stand on a carpeted surface most of the day and the first sign of issues was that the soles were fairly slick on certain carpets or smooth surfaces. This was not an issue with the surface being wet, it was about the rubber soles becoming polished almost. Then in the last week or so I noticed the crack in one shoe and another starting in the other shoe. As you can see in the photos, the soles are barely worn down but the cracks are completely through the sole! The good news is that Zappos has stood behind the sale and is replacing them due to the defect. I’m hoping that the replacements last longer than this pair. Either way, I’ll update my review so others can make informed decisions about these shoes.

Love these but they run big! I’ve always been a women’s size 7 so I originally ordered the UK size 5 (women’s 7). But they felt too big & I felt like I was flopping around. I returned & went down to these UK size 4 ( women’s 6) & they were perfect. I’m super happy with them, the fit is comfortable and they look great.Thanks Zappos for you’re awesome return policy 🙂

I wear women’s size 7 athletic shoes and the women’s 7/men’s 6 was way too big for me. Men’s 6 is usually comparable to a women’s 8..
Turns out in unisex boots I’m a women’s 6/men’s 5. Interesting because my last pair of Dr martens were women’s 7 and they fit me perfect. So unisex sizing is a little off in comparison.

These boots feel and look great. I was looking for a boot that would complement travel pants made of a polyester/nylon type material and these are great. I had to buy another pair so that I could wear them often without wearing the same pair too much. This was a great purchase. They do feel true to size and to width. The more you wear them the better they feel.
