I like the shoes a lot. They are a little large and I considered exchanging for next smaller size, but was able to tweak the fit with some black insoles from another pair of Docs. It all meshed spectacularly, and improved the arch support in addition.
BTW: Zappos Customer Support was fabulous when UPS delivery disappeared. Zappos immediately sent out a replacement.

The fit was extremely comfortable. It’s overall a pretty chunky shoe – which is what you would expect. I just have a really narrow tiny foot and I realized this fit may not be suitable for me and I’d rather have a back strap to keep my foot more secure due to the bulk of the sandal. I ordered a size down because of someone reviews I read. DON’T. I had to reorder and it was true to size!

I absolutely love these. I’ve been looking for a pair of stylish comfy white sandals for a long time. These are super easy to get on and go; and the buckles allow you to adjust them to a perfect fit. In Dr Martens, I always size down for sandals, so I ordered a size smaller. They fit me as I expected. Now, if the weather cooperates; I’ll be getting a lot of use out of these this summer.

Upon reading reviews I decided to order a size down (us 7) and I had to return them for my normal size (us 8) because they were too small. So I would suggest sticking to your normal size. I love the look and style of these shoes and not to mention they are comfy. They do come with adjustable straps making for a perfect fit.

The quality and fit was good, but as much as I wanted to love the look, I just didn’t. It’s almost impossible to find a white leather shoe with a black footbed, so I had high hopes for these!! I think if the toe were more squared and less asymmetrical, it would have looked better on my foot. My toes are small and rounded; these shoes seem to be expecting a massive big toe with a sharp taper to the pinky toe. Not for me; sadly I returned them.

These shoes are great! Soo comfy but took several wears to soften the leather. Tip for those who wonder what size to get.. use the EU sizing. I am a true USA size 7, which translates to a EU size 37. And, i ordered the corresponding size that matched the EU size, and it fit just fine. But, if you have long toes, you might need to size up.

Cute & trendy shoe but a bit wider than expected. While I am willing to suffer a little for fashion, these shoes are too heavy to wear if they do not fit well. I wore around the house for a bit and my feet started to ache. I have average to slightly wider than average feet, so thought it was worth sharing this with others.

I usually wear a size 9, but it was way too big. I returned them and reordered a size 8 and 7. I wanted so bad to love these shoes. The size and the toe just didn’t cooperate. The toe part of the sandal has an unnatural slant in my opinion. Are some people’s toes really that pointy? Anyway, between the size and the toe, the aesthetic was most displeasing.

I think slides in general just aren’t for me. I always feel like my foot is coming out of these, even when I have the straps tightened ridiculously snug. I’ve worn them a handful of times on errands or at restaurants and get compliments–they are SUPER cool looking, and that’s one of the reasons I am keeping them, haha. I have wide feet but it’s not a problem because the straps are adjustable. I usually take anywhere from an 8-9 in shoes. I am an 8 in the oxfords as well, so the 8 was great for me with these sandals.
Some people say you don’t need to break them in. maybe it’s my wide feet, but I am definitely dealing with a blister/rubbing situation on the straps that is slowly improving. The footbed, however, is ridiculously comfortable! It has great support.
I recommend them for casual wear, not going to work/walking around as your foot may not stay securely in the shoe.

I’m a Dr Martin fan and own many different styles. However, very disappointed in these slides because lack of comfort. They do have decent arch support but the 3 straps across the top of foot are NOT comfortable. They are VERY rough on the skin and rub my skin raw. It’s not caused from being too tight (straps are adjustable)— but rather the material (leather?) and stitching is SO rough/not smooth. Even when wearing footies I still got skin abrasion!
Super disappointed. I was hoping to use these as my Summer 2022 weekend go-to shoes for errands & grocery shopping ?
They ARE true to size. I’m a size 6 with a normal to thin width foot.

I tried the purple patent leather ones for about three weeks and they rubbed my skin raw. These ones don’t hurt at all. Make sure you size down one full size. They feel nice fresh out of the box. They’re also stylish. This is my 7th pair of Dr Martens. Most of them are boots. I am my true size in boots however.

The fit is true to size. I normally wear a 10 medium and this fit. The problem for me is that this shoe is heavier than most (although that’s what I used to love about my doc martens.) without a strap in the back to hold the shoe on it felt like too much work. Darn it. It is a super cute sandal with the right look.

These sandals are so awesome, I bought another pair so I could rotate wear between them and not wear them out! I wear them every day in warm weather and get compliments on them all the time. They are comfortable for walking and standing – cooking, museums, waiting on lines – a real life saver as standing with poor support gives me back pain! These are lightweight and supportive – what more could you ask for? That they look cool too? Check!!!

These shoes are true to size, I didn’t downsize. I wear 7.5-8.5 and I bought an 8. I love the inch in height and I believe eventually will love the fit, but after wearing them for about an hour the tops of my feet started to feel chafing. Does anyone know how to break these in fast? I bought both the white and black.

I was very excited to see these on sale and I grabbed them. They were profoundly uncomfortable for me….the underside is not a one piece smooth surface, rather it has tabs of fabric that dig into your feet….I can’t imagine wearing them even for an hour. Sadly, back they go.

These are not as comfortable as I had hoped. What really got to me was the flip-flop noise as the shoe hit the back of my foot when I walked around the house. I wanted to love these but I unfortunately cannot be totally comfortable wearing them. On a positive note, they are true to size and look good.

These are the most uncomfortably rough sandals I’ve ever put on my feet. Offensively stiff even after “working “ the straps to soften. Don’t feel like real dr martens.

I usually never write reviews but decided to do so if this can help someone else to get the right size. I’m usually US size 6.5 – 7 most of the time 7. I’ve been a big fan of Docs since the 90s but getting the right size can be challenging, I have some boots sizes 7 and 6 but these were my first sandals and went based on the reviews to size down! Definitely, these sandals are true to size, and no need to size down. Glad that Zappos makes exchanges really easy so ended up ordering the size 7. Other than the sizing these sandals are super stylish and thinking of ordering the color white!!

They were a little heavy by the end of the day, but they are super comfortable, and noticeably stylish. I received a lot of compliments and glad I caught them on sale. Don’t hesitate, buy them!

Unfortunately the pair I got for myself are too narrow. I don’t usually take a wide, but sometimes. The pair I ordered for my daughter for Christmas should be just right since she has a narrow foot. The straps are really rigid and will take some breaking in-a classic attribute of docs. We will only know if that’s an issue over time. The foot bed is awesome.
