Love these! I’ve looked for a pair of loafers for a few years, I wanted one I could dress up or down. These just came in today & though they are a bit tight and stiff, just wearing them around the house for a minute they have already started softening and loosening up. I can’t wait to wear them with jeans and dresses! Choose these particular ones as they have more of a neutral statement but still remain true to Dr Martens!!! Highly recommend!

It doesn’t look like the picture. There’s yellow stitching on the cherry red shoe; this is not as pictured. Also, the fit is odd. The length works, it’s true to size. But there’s a ton of gaping around the ankle… Not sure whether to keep them

The picture shown is actually the Arcadia Adrian. Cherry red has yellow stitching. This shoe is extremely comfortable after you break them in. For me, that took about two days and three small blisters on my toes. They fit like a dream. Since I have wider feet, I appreciate the space around the ankles. It looks a little funny when you’re walking but never gives me the feeling that the shoes will fall off. I guess it’s just made for people with cankles in mind.

definitely feels relatively comfortable out of the box, but still requires some breaking in. i’m a 7.5 and got a size 7. the size 8 is too big for me. the length is perfect, but the toe box and arch needs a little bit of softening and stretching out.

had to stuff with towels and use hair dryer just to get my foot in the shoe. So not really for wide footers. Fits okay once I got my foot in there. True to size length wise.

Returning. I wanted these for a long time. A friend has them and I admire every time I see them. My love for the aesthetic continues but the fit is another thing. Notice the Cole Haan and Vionics lined up against the Dr. Martens and how giant and wide it is. They are gorgeous shoes but just don’t fit.

Let me start by saying as of March 2024 these are true to size. I’ve heard a lot that specifically these adrian loafers run 1 full size big in the past so idk what happened bc I’ve tried these out last year in store and they definitely did fit large but the pair I ordered fit perfectly for my regular size 10. For ref I wear size 10 in every other pair of dr martens I own (1460, 1461, 2976). Hope this helps anyone who was in the same boat as me when ordering. Cheers~

They look good but they are dreadful.
The very worst fitting shoes I have ever purchased in my life. Awful buyer beware as these shoes feel horrible. Don’t buy these or you will be very disappointed.

Love my Doc Marten’s, the leather quality is excellent, could feel it forming to my foot the first day! Lots of compliments too. Normally take a US 6 or 6.5, however had difficulty sliding my foot into the size 6 shoe, as the opening is smaller. Upsized to the 7, a little extra roomy but able to get my foot in. Extremely comfortable on my feet, legs and back.

This shoe is only made in full sizes. The half size up is too large, whereas the half size down in too small. Since there is no elastic, there is nothing to keep this shoe from slipping off your foot. It’s a beautiful shoe, but not very comfortable.

These are BEAUTIFUL shoes!! The design and stitching are both classy and classic Doc Marten. Once I got it on my foot, the footbed is extremely comfortable. Lots of cushion. Could withstand anything. The problem was with the fit. They did not fit a “full size smaller”, but they were tight to get into. I do have a high instep and I had trouble getting my foot into both shoes because of the band across the tassle part of the loafer. Once I got the right foot in, the shoe started to give a little and was comfy – however, the left foot would just not work. I got my left foot into the shoe, but it was very uncomfortable and it seemed like the band wasn’t placed right on that shoe (the leather was buckling where the band was). I am so sad they did not work out- but could see them being perfect for someone with a more narrow foot or less high instep. I think it’s worth noting that I ordered the same shoe in the same size in “Cashew” and the fit was completely different – the Cashew was a softer leather and a true size+ too big.

These feel like a steel shoe. I could barely get my foot inside because there is zero movement to the leather, like AT ALL. I’m sure after some time of wearing they would break in and soften, but I’m sending them back. They certainly are beautiful to look at though!

These were so stiff that I couldn’t get my foot inside the shoe! I even tried one size too big. They are beautiful “looking” shoes though, so I’m super bummed.
